National alliances that are members of the Moroccans Worldwide Alliance – HUB are structured by country, in accordance with local legal frameworks and applicable regulations.
Each national alliance:
- operates in compliance with the laws applicable in its country
- retains its legal and organizational autonomy
- defines its own internal governance
- develops its activities according to its local context
The HUB ensures international coordination and networking, without intervening in the internal management of partner structures.
Territorial Organization
The country-based structure allows initiatives to be adapted to local realities while ensuring overall coherence within the international network.
It facilitates:
- cooperation between actors within the same country
- the sharing of experiences
- coordination of national initiatives
- the visibility of actions carried out by partner alliances
National Dialogue Spaces
Dialogue spaces may be established at the country level to strengthen local dynamics.
These spaces aim to:
- facilitate communication between members
- share useful information
- support local initiatives
- foster national synergies
Their operation is governed by the common charter and the HUB’s governance framework.
Progressive Development
The country-based network develops progressively as new national alliances are integrated.
Each integration takes place in accordance with:
- the HUB’s operational framework
- its governance principles
- the common charter
