HUB Governance

Principles of governance and framework for dialogue spaces

The HUB of the Moroccans Worldwide Alliance (MWA) is based on a fundamental principle:
coordination without interference.

The HUB does not replace any partner structure and does not intervene in the internal governance of national alliances or associations.

Each organization fully retains:

  • its legal autonomy
  • its administrative autonomy
  • its decision-making autonomy

The role of the HUB is to:

  • structure cooperation
  • facilitate networking
  • coordinate collective dynamics
  • ensure a common operational framework

Everything is based on a shared charter defining the principles of collaboration, respect and communication.

Dialogue spaces and discussion groups

The HUB progressively establishes dialogue spaces (forum, discussion groups, thematic spaces) intended to promote:

  • the sharing of experiences
  • the circulation of useful information
  • networking between stakeholders
  • collective reflection around shared projects

These spaces are intended to enrich cooperation and strengthen synergies, not to create divisions.

Moderation framework and respect in exchanges

In order to guarantee a constructive environment, forums and discussion groups are subject to structured moderation.

This moderation aims to:

  • prevent conflicts
  • avoid any defamatory, discriminatory or disrespectful behavior
  • ensure respectful dialogue

The HUB recognizes the diversity of opinions and sensitivities within the diaspora.
Disagreement is legitimate.

However, exchanges must always:

  • respect human dignity
  • not violate fundamental principles of respect and non-discrimination
  • remain within a constructive framework

The HUB reserves the right to intervene, moderate or suspend any content or participation that does not comply with these principles.

Coherence with alliances and events

The HUB’s dialogue spaces do not replace local initiatives carried by national alliances.

They aim to:

  • support coordination between events
  • promote synergies between projects
  • strengthen the visibility of actions carried by partner structures

Any initiative published within these spaces must comply with the common framework defined by the charter.

Responsibility and limits

The HUB acts as facilitator and coordinator.

It cannot be held responsible for opinions expressed by members or partners, subject to compliance with the established moderation framework.

Its role remains strictly focused on guidance, structuring and networking.
