Moroccans Worldwide Alliance – HUB
1. Nature of the HUB
Moroccans Worldwide Alliance – HUB is an international platform for coordination, networking and guidance aimed at facilitating cooperation between alliances, associations and actors of the Moroccan diaspora worldwide.
The HUB acts as a framework for facilitation, structuring and visibility, without direct operational activity.
2. Absence of Legal Personality
Moroccans Worldwide Alliance – HUB does not have its own legal personality.
It does not constitute an association, a foundation, or an independent legal entity under national or international laws.
The HUB acts exclusively as a coordination and guidance framework and has no independent contractual capacity.
3. Autonomy of Alliances and Partners
Alliances, associations or partners of the HUB:
- are legally established in their respective countries
- retain their legal, statutory and organizational autonomy
- remain fully responsible for their governance, funding and activities
- The HUB does not replace any national structure and does not intervene in their internal management.
4. Responsibilities and Limits of the HUB
The role of the HUB is limited to:
- facilitating exchanges between partners
- supporting international networking and cooperation
- providing a framework for visibility and coordination
The HUB:
- exercises no hierarchical authority
- makes no decisions that legally bind partners
- assumes no operational, financial or contractual responsibility related to local actions
- does not intervene in the review of applications, the selection of projects or the management of funding, unless explicitly stated
5. Exchange Spaces
The HUB may establish exchange spaces intended to promote dialogue and cooperation between structures and individuals.
These spaces:
- are based on voluntary participation
- may be subject to prior validation
- are governed by moderation rules
- Opinions expressed within these spaces are the sole responsibility of their authors.
- The HUB cannot be held liable for statements or content published by participants.
6. Events and Initiatives
The HUB may relay, highlight or mention events, meetings or initiatives organized by alliances or partners.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the HUB:
- is not the direct organizer of the events mentioned
- assumes no logistical, administrative or financial responsibility
- does not intervene in the operational management of activities
- Each event remains exclusively under the responsibility of the organizing structure.
- Organizers remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws in their respective countries.
7. Relations Between Partners
Any cooperation between partners:
- is based on voluntary initiative
- takes place in compliance with national legal frameworks
- does not create any automatic contractual relationship
- Each structure remains free to define the terms of its collaborations.
8. Communication and Representation
Any communication carried out in the name of the HUB:
- must comply with the principles defined in the Common Charter
- shall not legally bind partners without their explicit consent
- is conducted within a framework of coordination and visibility
- Each structure retains its freedom of communication.
9. Institutional Neutrality
The HUB operates within a framework of technical coordination and collective interest.
It does not constitute a political movement, a partisan organization, or an ideological structure.
It does not support, finance, or represent any political party.
Any use of the name, logo, digital platforms, databases, or resources of the HUB for partisan, electoral, or ideological purposes is incompatible with its operating framework.
9 bis. Individual Political Engagements
The HUB respects the civic and political freedom of its members and founders.
Any involvement in the creation, participation, support, or dialogue with a political party is strictly personal and undertaken under the sole responsibility of the individual concerned.
Such engagements:
- do not constitute an initiative of the HUB,
- do not create any institutional partnership with the HUB,
- do not legally or morally bind the HUB,
- may not be presented as endorsed, supported, or represented by the HUB.
No structural, financial, organizational, or decision-making relationship exists between the HUB and any political party created or supported by individual members.
To preserve institutional neutrality, any member actively holding political office or running for election shall avoid any confusion between personal political engagement and their role within the HUB.
Where necessary, a temporary suspension of representational functions may be implemented to ensure institutional clarity.
10. Evolution of the Legal Framework
- This framework may evolve in order to adapt to:
- the development of the HUB
- the needs of the network
- applicable legislative changes
