Moroccans Worldwide Alliance – HUB (MWA-HUB)
- Purpose
This Charter defines the rules governing the use of and participation in the exchange spaces of the Moroccans Worldwide Alliance – HUB, including:
contact forms
comments (where applicable)
contributions submitted to the HUB
country-based or thematic exchange spaces
any dialogue mechanism established within the framework of the HUB
The MWA-HUB is a space for coordination and cooperation founded on respect, neutrality, and collective interest.
- Fundamental Principles
Any participation implies compliance with the following principles:
Respect for individuals, cultures, and opinions
Rejection of any form of hatred, discrimination, or violence
Constructive dialogue and cooperative spirit
Political neutrality and absence of partisan positioning
Compliance with applicable laws
The HUB does not constitute a political movement, a partisan organization, or an opinion platform.
Any political engagement by members or founders is undertaken strictly in their personal capacity and shall not be attributed to the HUB.
No individual political initiative may be presented as supported, endorsed, or represented by the HUB.
- Authorized Content
The following are permitted:
Courteous and constructive messages
Proposals for initiatives or partnerships (non-partisan)
Exchanges of expertise and best practices
Requests for information expressed respectfully
- Prohibited Content
The following are strictly prohibited:
Insulting, defamatory, or hateful statements
Discriminatory content
Calls for violence or division
Political propaganda, electoral mobilization, or partisan debates
Any attempt to promote a political party, candidate, or electoral initiative
Extremist religious or ideological content
Unauthorized advertising or solicitation
False or misleading information
Violation of privacy or disclosure of personal data
Such content may be removed without prior notice.
- Validation and Moderation
Participation in exchange spaces may be subject to prior validation.
Moderation is ensured by the MWA-HUB team or designated coordinators.
The HUB reserves the right to:
remove any non-compliant content
refuse the publication of a contribution
issue a warning to a participant
suspend or withdraw access to exchange spaces
These measures aim to preserve the coherence, neutrality, and security of the network.
- Responsibility
Each participant remains fully responsible for the content they submit.
Opinions expressed are solely those of their authors and do not reflect the official position of the HUB.
- Data Protection
All exchanges must comply with applicable data protection regulations.
- Electoral Period Safeguards
During electoral periods, enhanced vigilance shall apply to all published content.
Campaign-related content, explicit support for political parties or candidates, and electoral mobilization activities are strictly prohibited within HUB spaces.
This provision aims to safeguard the institutional neutrality of the HUB.
- Amendments
This Charter may be modified in order to adapt to the development of the HUB or to applicable legal requirements.
- Acceptance
Any use of the site or participation in exchange spaces constitutes full acceptance of this Charter.
